The only shareholder of Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Kazakhstan) decides to make a contract on broker services

/IRBIS, Natalya Vaguina, July 22, 08/ - Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the copy of decision of its only shareholder - Zangar Finance Group LLP (Almaty), dated June 30, 2008 on making contract in which there is Kazkommerts Invest`s JSC interest. According to provided document, the only company's shareholder decided to make a contract on broker services, in compliance with witch Kazkommerts Invest JSC performs as a broker and A. Dautov, being the member of Board of directors and the Chairman of company's Board, performs as a broker's client. [2008-07-22]
