Almatytemir JSC (Kazakhstan) informs on including changes to company's investment memorandum on KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1) bond issue

/KASE, July 16, 2008/ - Almatytemir JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list, informed KASE by official letter on including changes to company's investment memorandum on KZ2C0Y05C788 (ALTMb1; KZT1, KZT2.0 bn.; 01.11.07 - 01.11.12, semiannual coupon 12.00% APR; 30/360) bond issue. According to issuer's message, changes are included with aim to use assets, received as a result of mentioned bonds issue offering, in particular: the sum KZT1.5 bn. is planned to direct to completing company's turnover assets for increasing the share on the market. The company also informed that KZT500.0 m., received as a result of bonds offering, were directed to development of business-direction on metal-roll realization, which brought earnings in amount of KZT50.0 m. for one quarter of 2008.
