Primary housing market prices decrease 0.5 % (3.6 % on secondary market) in June 2008

/Statistics Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan, July 8, 08/ - In June 2008 compared with the previous month one square meter fell in Aktau - by 4 %, Shymkent - 2.7 % on the primary housing market. On the secondary market, reduction in prices over the past month was noted in Astana - 14.9 %, Taldykorgan - 6.7%, Aktobe - 6.5 %, Shymkent - 5.6 %, Aktau - 4%, Almaty, Semey - 3.3 %, Ust-Kamenogorks - 2.9 %, Petropavlovsk - 1.8 %. In other cities, no change in price on housing market has been observed.
