Share assignation, making 99.7% of Partnership's authorized capita will be made by KAZAKHMYS PLC, within the frames of internal reorganization of group of companies of KAZAKHMYS PLC by means of transferring the share in the form of investment in authorized capital OF KAZAKHMYS COPPER B.V.
