Changes in Eurasian Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) Board composition

/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, July 4, 08/ - Eurasian Bank JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), bonds of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, informed KASE by the official letter that July 1, 2008 bank's Board of director accepted the following decisions: - to determine 7 members of bank's Board composition; - to prematurely terminate authorities of S. Shunaeva, a member of bank's Board since July 1, 2008; - to elect K. Beketov as a member of Board and acting as Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board since July 1, 2008. After agreement on K. Beketov`s candidature in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) to appoint him as a Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board; - to elect T. Dzhantaev as a member of Board and acting as Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board since July 1, 2008. After agreement on T. Dzhantaev`s candidature in AFS to appoint him as a Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board. [2008-07-04]
