/IRBIS, Dinara Mukasheva, July 4, 08/ - For the initial 6 months of 2008 the volume of purchase and sale transactions with corporate bonds made on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), including deals on the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF RFCA), reached $1,205.6 m. (KZT145.3 bn.), having fallen $1,026.6 m. or 46.0 % compared with the corresponding period last year. The trend is estimated at KZT129.2 bn. or 47.1% in tenge. In 2007 the volume of purchase and sale deals in corporate bonds on KASE, including deals on SRF RFCA, made up USD4,302.5 m. or KZT526.3 bn.
