KASE evening session: USD/KZT = 120.55 on SPOT terms

/KASE, July 3, 08/ - On Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) evening trades in U.S. dollar on SPOT and euro on TOM terms were held. The session is principal for given instruments. 6 banks participated in the trades. In euro on TOM terms no deals were made. Bid and offer were absent. In US dollar on SPOT terms the weighted average exchange rate of US dollar made up KZT120.55 per unit, the trades volume - USD141.000 m. Due to the fact that July 4 is a holiday in USA, trades in dollar on TOM terms was not executed today. In the over-the-counter currency market the indicative dollar quotations in the information system REUTERS at 17:00 AST made up KZT120.55/120.58 per unit. [2008-07-03]
