July 3, National Bank of Kazakhstan borrows tenge at 5.25 % APR for one week, and offers at 10.5 % APR on repo market

/IRBIS, Vitaliy Kim, July 3, 08/ - The rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of July 3 on borrowing money for deposits for one week term was set at 5.25 % APR; the return repo rate for the same period was set at 10.5 % APR. The rates have not changed since the previous day. The amount of borrowed funds for deposits at the specified rate is not lower than KZT10 m.
