/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, June 26, 08/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk LLP (Astana, hereinafter - the company), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of the protocol of the company's Board meeting, dated June 4, 2008. According to the provided document, the company's Board decided to abolish decisions made by the company's Board on May 26, 2008, namely: - to prematurely terminate the authorities of A. Sarymsakov, the director General of Alma-Tses LLP since June 5, 2008; - to appoint S. Novik as director General of Alma-Tses LLP since June 5, 2008; - to conduct reception and transferring of main printed materials of the company and documents managed by the executive body, in compliance with the act on reception and transferring; - to elect a supervisory board of the company beginning June 5, 2008, which has all rights of audit commission in the following composition: A.
