Change in Board of Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Kazakhstan)

/IRBIS, Ekaterina Tatarova, June 24, 08/ - Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "A", provided KASE with an extract from minutes of session of its Board of Directors, dated June 17, 2008. According to the provided document the company's Board of Directors made the following decisions: - to change the quantitative staff of the company's Board and determine six members of the company's Board, including the chairman of the Board; - to elect Serik Murzabekov as a member of the company's Board beginning June 18, 2008; - to include corresponding changes and additions to the company's shares issue prospect and approve them in edition proposed to the Board of Directors.
