Common shares KZ1C35970017 (ATFB) and preferred shares KZ1P35970618 (ATFBp) of ATFBank JSC (Kazakhstan) transferred from category "A" to category "B" of KASE official list beginning June 23

/KASE, June 23, 08/ - By the decision of the Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) common shares KZ1C35970017 (ATFB) and preferred shares KZ1P35970618 (ATFBp) of ATFBank JSC (Алматы) were transferred from category "A" to category "B" of KASE official list beginning June 23, 2008. This decision was made due to absence of market makers on these securities beginning April 29, 2008, the duties of which were exercised by Vernyi Capital JSC (Almaty). No other KASE members submitted application on assignment of market maker status on common and preferred shares of ATFBank JSC. The opinion of the KASE Listing Committee of May 28, 2008 specifies that except for the requirement on availability of market maker on the indicated securities of ATFBank JSC all the other requirements of resolution No. 73 of the Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision for Financial Market and Financial Organizations "On Requirements to Issuers and their Securities, Admissible (Admitted) to Circulation on the Stock Market, and to Individual Categories of the Stock Exchange List" of March 30, 2007 for the supreme category of listing and listing requirements of category "A" are observed by the bank in full. On the basis of the mentioned above and in accordance with sub-item 2) of item 2 of article 19 of the Listing Rules common and preferred shares of ATFBank JSC are subject to transfer from category "A" to category "B" of the official list of KASE. Common shares KZ1C35970017 of ATFBank JSC have been traded in the official list of KASE of category "A" beginning July 4, 2003. Since the date of trading on KASE and to date 1,293 deals were concluded in these bonds for the total of KZT38.4 bn.(equivalent of USD312.3 m.) The price of shares varied from KZT1,000.0 to KZT15,710.0 for one share. Preferred shares KZ1P35970618 АО have been traded since July 2, 2001. 321 deals were concluded for the total of KZT4.6 bn.
