/KASE, June 17, 08/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty), securities of which traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "A" official list, provided to KASE the press release, where informs on the following: Quotation start Today Alliance Bank informed on assignment of Mr. Azamat Erzhanov as the Financial Director. Before this assignment Mr. Erzhanov worked in various local and international companies, including the work as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Financial Corporation Seimar Alliance JSC (SAFC). On the new position Mr. Erzhanov will supervise the following Bank activities areas: financial analysis and planning, control and implementation of budgets and financial plans, treasury transactions and liquidity, efficient coordination of the financial service's work with the Bank's divisions, responsible for relations with foreign investors, rating agencies, external and internal auditors and consultants. In his turn, Abylkasym Mamyrbekov, who held a post of the Financial Director - Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board up to date, will continue his work in Alliance Bank as Deputy Chairman of the Bank's Board, and will supervise the following Bank activities areas: management of the Bank's assets and liabilities, accounting, financial statements, currency transactions and payment systems. Certified accountant of the US Certified Accountants Institute (CPA), certified auditors of Kazakhstan and the member of Auditors Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 43 year old Azamat Erzhanov has continuous and successful experience of work on managing posts in the leading international auditing companies of the "Big Four" - Deloitte&Touche and Ernst&Young in USA, Central Asia and CIS countries.
