/KASE, June 17, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that
specialized trades on additional offering of bonds KZ2C0Y05C861 (category "C",
aCBH_b1, KZT1, KZT500.0 m.; 03.04.08 - 03.04.13, annual coupon indexed to
inflation rate, 15.50 % APR as for the first circulation year; 30/360) of
Caspian Beverage Holding JSC (Almaty) will be held on the special trading floor
of the Regional Financial center of Almaty (STFRFCA) on June 19, 2008.
At the trades the issuer plans to place bonds for the sum of nominal value
KZT368.5 m. (74 % of registered issue volume).
Specialized trades will be held in the KASE trading system from 10:30 through
13:00 Almaty time (ALT). Security code at trades - aCBH_b1A. The issuer will
make a decision on striking before 15:00 ALT of the trading day. The buyer of
securities must ensure crediting of money to the correspondent account in
Central Securities Depository JSC as on the moment of orders satisfaction.
Calculations will be made by Central Securities Depository JSC in accordance
with its set of rules by scheme Т+0.
Only limited orders will be accepted for trades. Orders submission method -
closed.
As the price the order must specify bond net price (without account of accrued
interest), expressed in percentage to nominal value of security with the fourth
decimal accuracy. This parameter will be a subject of trades. The number of
financial instruments in the order must be equal to the sum of nominal value of
securities in Kazakhstan tenge, divisible by nominal value of one bond.
Purchase orders satisfaction method - by declared price. The issuer will satisfy
the orders, the price of which will be higher or equal to the striking price. In
the last case the priority will rest with the orders, submitted to the KASE
trading system earlier.
Applications for participation in the trades may only be submitted by KASE
