Kazakhstan oil export decreases by 0.1 % in January - April of 2008/07

/REUTERS, Almaty, June 16, 08/ - Kazakhstan oil and gas condensate
export in January - April of 2008 decreased by 0.1 %, compared to the same
period last year, to 19.919 m. tones, the Statistics Agency informed.
Volume of oil and gas condensate export in monetary expression increased
by 68.6 % and reached $12.99 bn.
In 2007, Kazakhstan increased oil production with gas condensate up to
67.5 m. tons from 65.0 m. tons in 2006.
The total volume of Kazakhstan export increased in January - April by 60.3 %
in comparison with the same period of the last year and made $21.5 bn.
In January - April the trading balance was positive in the amount of $11.44
bn.
