/KASE, June 13, 08/ - Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Almaty), being the listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) provided KASE with the copy of certificates of the Intellectual privacy rights' Committee of Ministry of justice of Republic of Kazakhstan about confirmation as wide known of the tarde marks "Halyk" (the last letter of the word has the Kazakh transcription, which cannot be correctly displayed in the current news due to the technical reasons), "Halyk" and "Narodniy". The mentioned certificates were registered in the State register of the wide known tarde marks on May 5, 2008 and are effective until January 1, 2006 to January 1, 2006. In its letter Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC informs that the "fact of recognition of the tarde marks of the Bank as wide known demonstrates the provision of the legal security to these marks in order to resist the third parties, using in their acticities or register as the tarde marks the phrases similar to tarde marks of the Bank "Halyk", "Halyk" and "Narodniy".
