/KASE, June 12, 08/ - Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Astana), bonds of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "A", notified KASE in an official letter that on April 10, 2008 Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC and Dresdner Bank concluded a five year 8.03 % APR interest rate $136.0 m. credit agreement. As informed earlier, on April 22, 2008 international rating agency Standard & Poor's informed on assigning to the loan "BB+" long-term debt obligations rating and "kzAA" national scale rating.
