Shareholders of Company for foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC confirm annual financial statement and decide not to pay dividends for 2007

/IRBIS, Natalya Vagina, June 9, 08/ - Company for foreign insurance Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange Inc.(KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the copy of protocol of the annual general meeting of shareholders dated May 30, 2008. According to the mentioned document shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to confirm the agenda of the annual general meeting of shareholders; - to confirm annual financial statements of the company for 2007; - not to pay dividends on shares of the company and leave the net income for 2007 in the disposal of the company as undistributed income; - to consider the information about absence of appeals on actions of the company or its officials; - to consider the information about size and staff of remuneration to members of Directors' board and company board for 2007.
