KASE Council of May 30 decided to impose sanctions on listed companies for violation of information disclosure requirements

/KASE, June 2, 08/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council on its meeting held on May 30, 2008, considered the issue of sanctions in relation to the number of listed companies, which violated KASE requirements for information disclosure time frames and decided the following: - send warning letters on imposing of penalties in case of repetitive violation: Doszhan Temir Zholy JSCА, Kazneftehim JSC, KAZEXPORTASTYK Holding JSC, Temirleasing JSC, EL-DOS JSC, MAG JSC, SKY SILK JSC, who provided to KASE the information with violation of established by the listing agreements time frames; - give the below mentioned listed companies the additional time for provision of required by KASE information charging to them penalties, stipulated by Listing Rules for violation of information provision time frames: - Kostanai Minerals JSC - extend the time of the financial statement auditors' report for 2007 provision till July 1, 2008; - Corporation Tsesna JSC - extend the time of the financial statement auditors' report for 2007 provision till August 1, 2008; - EKOTON+ JSC - extend the time of provision of the financial statement auditors' report for 2007 and the report for the 1st quarter of 2008, including the consolidated financial statement till June 15, 2008.
