/KASE, June 2, 08/ - By the decision of Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of May 30, 2008 bonds KZР03Y10В469 (KZT100; KZT5.0 bn.; 10 years, semiannual coupon, 12 % APR as for the first circulation year, further - floating, depending on inflation rate, 30/360) of BANK CASPIAN JSC (Almaty) were included in the official list of KASE of category "A" under the code CSBNb7. The date the Exchange Council decision is effective will be announced additionally after payment of the listing fee on these securities by the issuer. Opening of trades in bonds on KASE will be announced additionally. The indicated issue of the bonds is the third within the first bonds program of BANK CASPIAN JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on December 23, 2004 for the total amount KZT30.0 bn., and the seventh issue of the internal bonds of the company that passed the listing procedure on KASE.
