In order to use the service, the user loads the file to the file exchange server, file exchanger gives the user the permanent reference, which he sends to another Internet user by any means: e-mail, publication in blogs, forums, systems of immediate message exchange (ICQ, MailAgent, IM, etc.). Location of the filerbar server (www.filebar.kz) on the data transmission center (co-location) of Kazakhtelecom JSC will allow it becoming the largest and popular in KazNet file exchanger due to the high speed of access to the server and wide range of services being provided to Internet users services.
