Exchange (KASE) informs that special trades on offering of bonds
KZ2C0Y05C861 (category "C", aCBH_b1, KZT1, KZT500.0 m.; 03.04.08 -
03.04.13, annual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 15.50 % APR as for the first
circulation year; 30/360) of Caspian Beverage Holding JSC (Almaty) will be held
on the special trading floor of the regional financial center of Almaty
(STF RFCA) on May 27, 2008).
At trades the issuer intends to offer bonds for the sum of nominal value
KZT375.0 m. (75 % of the registered issue volume).
Specialized trades will held from 10:30 through 13:00 of Almaty time (ALT) in
the KASE trading system. The security trading code - aCBH_b1A. The issuer will
decide on striking before 15:00 ALT of the trading day. The buyer of securities
must guarantee crediting of the money to a Central Securities Depository JSC
correspondent account as on the moment of orders acceptance.
Calculations will be made by Central Securities Depository JSC in accordance
with its set of rules according the scheme ΠΆ+0.
Limited orders are admitted to trades only. Orders submission method - closed.
A bond net price (without account of the accrued interest), expressed in
percents to security nominal value with the fourth decimal accuracy must be
specified as the price in the order. This parameter will be a subject of trades.
The number of financial instruments in the order must be equal to the sum of
nominal value of securities in KZT divisible by one bond nominal value.
Purchase orders acceptance method - by declared price. The issuer will accept
the orders the price in which will be higher or equal to the striking price. In
the latter case the orders submitted to the KASE trading system prior will have
priority.
Orders for participation in trades will be submitted by KASE category "A"
