Astana-finance JSC (Kazakhstan) pays 8th coupon on bonds KZ2CKY07B162 (ASFIb4)

/KASE, May 21, 08/ - Astana-finance JSC (Astana) has informed in official letter to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that on May 20, 2008 the company paid the eighth coupon interest to holders of bonds KZ2CKY07B162 (official KASE list of category "A", ASFIb4; KZT100, KZT2.0 bn.; 18.05.04 - 18.05.11, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 11.90 % APR as for the reporting period). The total sum of payment made KZT118,724,515.00, of which KZT116,142,746.33 were paid to holders; the sum of income tax, collected at the source of payment - KZT2,581,768.67. According to the issuer as on the register fixing date (17.05.08) 19,953,700 bonds were in circulation, 46,300 bonds were at a re-issue account of the issuer.
