/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybaeva, May 20, 08/ - Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of category "A" official list, provided KASE with a copy of the decision of its only shareholder - Zangar Finance Group LLP, dated May 14, 2008 on closing of the deal in which there has been an interest. According to the provided document, the only shareholder of the company made the decision to add amends in the purchase and sale contract of securities, made December 10, 2007 between the company and A. Dautov in accordance with which, the company purchases shares of Corporate Fund in the amount of 1,510,909,936 for KZT2,611,332,000.00 from A. Dautov. [2008-05-20]
