AFS made the supplementation of certificates about state registration of issues of shares of KazAgroFinance JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, May 15, 08/ - KazAgroFinance JSC (Astana, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list, provided KASE with the copies of certificates of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) about state registration of issues of shares of the company, dated April 30, 2008. According to provided certificates the issue is divided into 50,634,091 common shares, which are appropriated with KZ1C41590015national identification number. Issue is included to State register of issue securities under number А4159. According to AFS data, by condition on date of changes register in the prospect of share issue 32,146,191 of common shares were offered and paid. The authorized capital was formed in the amount of KZT32,146,191,000.00. The certificate was supplemented because of increasing of number of declared shares and changing of address of the company.
