AFS approved the report on results of Almatytemir JSC (Kazakhstan) shares placement

/KASE, 07.05.08/ Almatytemir JSC (Almaty), bonds of which are traded in the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) category "B" official list, provided to KASE the copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of April 22, 2008 on approval of the report on results of the company's shares placement. Almatytemir JCS shares issue was registered by AFS under No. А2624 and consists of 5,770,212 common shares KZ1C26240016 and 59,788 preferred shares KZ1P26240112. According to the AFS notification as of December 31, 2007, shares are placed and completely paid. The authorized capital was formed in the amount of KZT141,500,000. These shares didn't have listing procedure on KASE. [2008-05-07]
