protocol of the general meeting of its founders dated April 2, 2008.
According to the provided document the founders of the company accepted
the next decisions:
- to reorganize KazAgroTrade+ LLP to Atameken-Agro JSC;
- juridical service of the company - to prepare and register all necessary
documents.
