/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, April 21, 08/ - According to IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of April 14-18, 2008 on the primary GS market with the following results. Having paid off the notes for the amount of KZT78,203.8 m. the issuer borrowed on one auction KZT15,348.1 m. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, according to the results of the week, is plus KZT7,144.3 m. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers as plus KZT322.3 m. The "minus" sign in the indicator in the balance means, that the indicated sum was withdrawn from the budget of the issuer (or issuers) and remained at the investors, the "plus" sign - for the indicated sum, the issuer (issuers) borrowed more, than paid.
