/KASE, 11.04.08/ - As previously informed, by the decision of the Expert Council
of the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF of
RFCA) of April 8, 2008, bonds KZP01Y03C995 (KZT1 000, KZT5.0 bn.; 11.04.08
- 11.04.11; the monthly coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360) of Corporation APK-
Invest LLP (Astana) are included into the official list of STF of RFCA (category
"C") on the term 3 under code aAPKIb1.
The mentioned decision came into force from April 1, 2008, as the issuer paid
the listing fee on these securities.
The opening of trades in these bonds will be announced by STF of RFCA
additionally.
The mentioned issue of bonds is the first under the first bonds program of
Corporation APK-Invest LLP, registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations on March 7, 2008 to the total amount of KZT20.0 bn.
