In March 2008 prices on the primary housing market decreased by 1.3%, and by 0.9% on the secondary market.

/Statistics agency of Republic of Kazakhstan, April 9, 08/ -In March of 2008 in comparison with previous month on the primary housing market the price of one square meter of housing in Almaty decreased by 2.6% and increased by 4.4% in Kyzylorda. On the secondary market, reduction in prices over the past month was noted in Astana by 4.7%, in Almaty by 3.4%, in Pavlodar by 1.2%, and increased in Kyzylorda by 5.2%.
