February 28, 2008 that the international rating agency Standard & Poor's
assigned Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP 'CCC+/C' long- and short-term
counterparty credit and 'kzB+' Kazakhstan national scale ratings to ORDA
Credit. The outlook is stable.
