Ust-Kamenogorskiy titanium-magnesium combine JSC in Kazakhstan prepares a deal with EADS to the sum of $1 bn.

/REUTERS, Astana, Raushan Nurshayeva, February 8, 08/ - European
special concern EADS will conclude on Friday a preliminary agreement with
one of the biggest Kazakhstani producer of titanium - Ust-Kamenogorskiy
titanium-magnesium combine JSC (UKTMC) - for supply of metal to the
sum of $1 billion, is said in the documents, spread in the government.
It is presupposed that by the end of the day a memorandum of mutual
understanding will be signed between the companies. The memorandum will
be signed in the frames of the prime minister of France in Kazakhstan.
