/KASE, February 5, 08/ - Temirleasing JSC (Almaty), securities of which are traded in the official category "B" list of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), had provided KASE with the copy of certificate of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations (AFS) dated January 8, 2008 about state registration of second issue of company's bonds. In accordance with certificate the volume of bonds' issue makes KZT3.0 bn. with face value of one security at KZT1,000.0. Issue is divided into 3.0 m. unsecured coupon bonds, which were assigned KZ2C0Y04C872 national identification number. The issue is included into State register of securities under number C87.
