In the frames of Conference it is supposed to examine and discuss the seven years' experience of coordination of KBD with private business in RK. The role of Bank, as one of main investment institutions of the country, is confirmed by dynamically growing volumes of crediting of economy. Bank finances projects in 11 branches of economy, significant stake of credits of Bank comes on manufacturing fields of economy, in particular in the sphere of energy and infrastructure. Bank is realizing projects in almost all regions of Kazakhstan. Realization of projects, financed with participation of Bank, for creation of new competitive productions, creation of working places, increase of tax inflows to budget of the country. It is expected that in the work of Conference will participate the representatives of second tier banks (STB), participating according to Plan of initial actions for provision of stability of financial sector (refinancing of investment projects), managers of companies-borrowers of Bank, management of FSD Kazyna. On the meeting will be considered and discussed the Program of refinancing of investment projects, which FSD Kazyna is realizing with direct participation of KBD. As it is known on January 16, 2008 had taken place the session of State commission on questions of modernization of economy of Republic of Kazakhstan under chairmanship of Prime Minister of RK Karim Massimov. By results of session of State commission also was considered the List of investment projects, subjected to refinancing. Total amount of projects, refinancing by Bank makes 12, total sum of refinancing - about $250 m. Bids for refinancing were submitted by 4 second tier banks. Bank is refinancing given projects in Aktubinsk, Almaty, Atyrau, East-Kazakhstan, Mangistau, South-Kazakhstan regions and in Almaty.
