/KASE, December 27, 07/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated December 26 of 2007 bonds KZ2C0Y05C762
(KZT1,000; KZT2.0 bn.; 5 years; semi annual coupon, 12.0% APR, 30/360)
of REMIKS-R JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "B" listing
category under RMXRb1 symbol.
Date, on which the decision will take effect, will be announced later after the
issuer pays the listing fees for these securities.
It will be announced additionally about opening of trades on KASE as well.
Centras Securities JSC (Almaty) acts as underwriter of the issue and
financial consultant of the issuer while introduction of its bonds to organized
market.
Common shares KZ1C51740013 (RMXR) of REMIKS-R were included into
KASE's category "B" official list since August 4, 2006.
