/KASE, December 27, 07/ - On December 26, 2007 had taken place the
meeting of Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) on
which was considered the question about sanctions in relation to number of
listing companies, having broke the requirements of KASE for opening of
information.
By KASE's exchange council was accepted the decision to provide the
below-mentioned listing companies with additional term for provision of
information required by KASE with charging of forfeit, foreseen by Listing
rules for breaking of information provision terms:
- Wholesale-retail trade enterprise JSC;
- Kazneftechim JSC;
- Corporation Tsesna JSC.
