New staff of Board of directors of ENCR has been formed

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Almaty (Alma-Aty), December 11.12.07/ - New
staff of Board of directors of Kazakhstani raw material holding Eurasian
Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC) has been formed.
As the director of corporate communications of ENCR Aleksey Pan informed
Interfax-Kazakhstan agency, the former member of board of directors of
Bank of England - David Kuksi was elected chairman of the board of
directors of the Kazakhstani holding.
The next persons have also entered the staff of board of directors: Johannes
Sittard (chief executive director of ENCR) and Miguel Peri (chief financial
director), independent directors Richard Saiks, Gerhard Amman, Mehmet
Dalman, Michael Eggeltom, Paul Dgage, Kenneth Olesa and Roderick
Tomson.
From Kazakhstan, in the board of directors of ENCR entered as non-
executive directors vice-minister of finance Daulet Ergojin and the chairman
of the committee of state property and privatization of ministry of finance
Eduard Utepov.
As it was spread, on December 7 ENCR has offered within IPO on London
stock exchange 20% of shares (252.5 m. new shares) at the price of 540
pence per security to the sum of 1.364 bn. pounds. Later, Deutsche Bank
(global coordinator of the offering and stabilization manager) has additionally
placed within their option 25.250 m. shares.
Thus, global floatation of the holding's securities taking into account the
option made 277.750 m. shares or 21.3% of company's capital.
ENCR raised from the offering 1.5 bn. pounds.
ENRC consolidated assets of such enterprisers as Kazchrome, Aluminum of
Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan electrolysis plant, Zhayremskiy ore mining and
processing combine, Sokolovsko-Sarbayskoye mining and processing
union, Euroasian energy corporation and also ENRC Logistics and ENRC
Marketing & Sales.
24.8% shares of ENRC belong to Government of Kazakhstan.
