/KASE, December 5, 07/ - As it was announced earlier, by decision of the
Exchange Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated November 29,
2007 KZ2P0Y03C673 bonds (KZT1,000; KZT1.0 bn.; August 5, 07 - August 5,
10, quarterly coupon 11.0% APR, 30/360) of TEMA Co. (Almaty) have been
included in KASE's official "B" listing category under code of TEMAb1.
The specified decision has taken an effect since December 5, 2007, as the
issuer paid KASE's listing fee on these securities.
Date on trades opening on the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
Management company ORDA Capital JSC (Shymkent) acts as financial
consultant of the issuer while the bonds are placed on organized market.
