Within the first 11 months of 2007 volume of repo transactions on KASE reached KZT23,939.5 bn. ($195.3 bn.) and grew 1.9 times

/IRBIS, Valeriy Khegay, December 3, 07/ - Within the first eleven months of 2007 volume of repo transactions made on Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) reached KZT23,939.5 bn. ($195,252.0 m.) and compared to similar period of last year increased 1.89 times (1.94 times in dollar terms). In 2006 volume of corresponding transactions on KASE totaled KZT14,345.3 bn.
