/REUTERS, Almaty, Olzhas Auezov, November 29, 07/ - Range of primary
offering of shares of Kazakhstan metallurgic group Eurasian Natural
Resources Corporation (ENRC) is determined at 480-600 pence per share,
which supposes borrowing during IPO in London of 1.2-1.5 bn. pounds
($2.5-3.1 bn) and capitalization of the company to 7.5 bn. pounds, ENRC
informed.
ENRC, the largest in the world producer of ferro-chrome and sixth in size
world supplier of iron ore, suggests investors 252.5 m. new shares, or 20%
of increased capital of the company.
Managers of offering are - Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO Rothschild, Credit
Suisse and Morgan Stanley.
Profit of ENRC in year 2006 totaled $1.26 bn., gain - $3.26 bn.
Main shareholders of the growu are businessmen Alexander Mashkevitch,
Alidjan Ibragimov and Patokh Shodiyev. Government of Kazakhstan and
copper giant Kazakhmys are owing with minority stakes.
