Moody's affirmed the credit rating of KazTransOil at "Ваа1" level

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, November 27, 07/ - International rating
agency Moody's affirmed the credit rating in foreign currency of KazTransOil
JSC at the "Ваа1" level, in informed in the press-release of Kazakhstan
company spread on Tuesday.
Rating's forecast is "Stable", is specified in the message.
"Rating reflects the strategic importance of KazTransOil JSC for the state,
meaning of growth of energy resources export volumes for Kazakhstan
economy and stable financial indicators of KazTransOil JSC", - is explained
in the message.
In the company had also informed to Interfax-Kazakhstan agency, that
Moody's remained without changes the value of basis estimation of solvency
of KazTransOil, which makes 11 (at the scale from 1 to 21, where 1 is the
less credit risk).
"Main factors, influencing on basis estimation of solvency of KazTransOil
JSC, are the enough limited and very improbable risk of negative intervention
to the activity of KazTransOil from the side of government, significant stake
of long-term agreements in structure of enclosed agreements for
transportation of oil (48.3%) and also valid financial indicators, which are
confirmed by stable tariff regime", - had explained in the company.
KazTransOil (oil processing daughter of national oil and gas company of
Kazakhstan KazMunayGas), being the subject of natural monopoly on the
market of services of pipeline oil transportation, is exploiting in republic the
main oil pipes with 5251 km. length, water-transfers with 2175.2 km. length.
Total volume of reservoir park of the company makes 1306.4 th. cubic
meters, from them for oil - 1154 th. cubic meters.
