/IRBIS, Vitaliy Tomskiy, November 19, 07/ - The National Bank of Kazakhstan has ended the period of November 12-16, 2007 on primary GS market by IRBIS's estimation with the following results. Having paid off notes for amount of KZT30,203.6 m. the issuer had borrowed on one auction KZT16,732.8 m.. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, according to results of the week, is minus KZT13,470.8 m. Weekly net borrowing balance of GS issuers (including coupon payment on bonds KZE4KY050046 of local executive body of Atyrau region) according to IRBIS's estimation made minus KZT10,350.6 m. "Minus" sign in the indicator in the balance means, that the pointed sum was withdrawn from budget of the issuer (or issuers) and had left with investors, "plus" sign - for the pointed sum the issuer (issuers) had borrowed more, than had paid.
