Kazakhstan's republican budget has been executed with deficit of 10.13% of earnings in January-September - ministry of Finance

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, October 29, 07/ - Kazakhstan's republican budget in January-September of 2007, has been executed with deficit of KZT162,752.12 m. or 10.13% of its earnings part for this period (current exchange rate is KZT120.78/$1), Ministry of finance of the Republic informed Interfax-Kazakhstan agency on Monday. According to the data of the Ministry of finance, total inflows to the republican budget in the reported period totaled 1 trln. 606 bn. 276.93 m. tenge, total expenditures - 1 trln. 769 bn. 29.05 m. tenge. In the structure of total inflows the stake of revenues is 1 trln. 598 bn. 79.27 m. tenge, inflows from budget loans repayment - 7 bn. 905.31 m. tenge, inflows from the state financial assets sale - 292.35 m. tenge. In the budget's expenditure part losses totaled 1 trln. 531 bn. 897.02 m. tenge, budget credits - 20 bn. 843.61 m. tenge, financial assets purchase - 216 bn. 288.42 m. tenge. As it was announced, in order to stabilize social and economical situation in the country, changes were added into the republican budget of this year in October. Parameters of the refined republican budget-2007 now are: revenue - KZT2 tr. 273.3 bn. (17.1% of GDP, expected this year), expenditures - KZT2 tr. 502.9 bn. (18.8% of GDP), deficit - KZT229.6 (1.7% of GDP). Earlier, the republican budget of Kazakhstan for 2007 was planned with deficit of KZT271.2 bn. or 2.2% of GDP volume, forecasted for this year. At that, its income part had been planned to the sum of KZT2 tr. 098.2 bn., total expenditures - KZT2 tr. 369.4 bn. In Kazakhstan, the population of which now exceeds 15.5 m. persons, the republican budget is the main financial document. On its basis, the state budget is formed, which contains budgets of regions.
