Participants of Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Kazakhstan) accepted the decision about second issue of bonds and change of organization-legal form of the comapny

/KASE, October 24, 07/ - Credit partnership ORDA credit LLP (Shymkent, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "B" official list had informed KASE by the official letter about results of prescheduled general meeting of its participants, which had taken place on October 13, 2007. According to the provided document by the participants of the company was accepted the decision to make the second issue of company's bonds in volume of KZT1,500,000,000, divided into 1,500,000 copies of named unsecured coupon bonds with face value KZT1,000. Participants of the company confirmed the order of issue, offering, circulation and maturity of planned issue and rights of bondholders, and also accepted the decisions to sing the contract for conduction of register system of bondholders with Central depository o securities JSC (Almaty). According to message of the company income from offering of bonds was decided to direct on satisfaction of need of participates of company in loan funds and increase of assets of the company. Except this, participants of the company accepted the decision about reforming of company to joint stock company and confirmed the plan of reforming. [2007-10-24]
