/KASE, October 19, 07/ - As it was informed earlier, by decision of the Exchange
Council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated October 11, 2007
KZPC3Y07B982 bonds (KZT1; KZT2.0 bn.; October 19, 07 - October 19, 14,
semi annual coupon 8.0% APR, 30/360) of RG Brands JSC (Almaty) have been
included in KASE's official "A" listing category under code of RGBRb6.
The specified decision has taken an effect since October 19, 2007, as the issuer
paid KASE's listing fee on these securities.
Date on trades opening on the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced
additionally.
The mentioned issue of bonds is the third in the frames of first bonds' program of
RG Brands JSC, registered by Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan fro regulating
and supervision over financial market and organizations on March 16, 2006 for
total amount of KZT5.0 and sixth issue of company's bonds, having passed the
listing procedure on KASE.

the issuer and underwriter of the issue.
