Exchange council of KASE refused to include bonds KZPC1Y05C657 of Leasing Group JSC (Kazakhstan) in the official "А" listing category

/KASE, October 15, 07/ - By the decision of the Exchange council of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) dated October 11, 2007 Leasing Goup JSC (Almaty) was turned down in inclusion of its bonds KZPC1Y05C657 in KASE's official "А" listing category. According to the paragraph 3 of article 18 of the Listing rules, the decision about including securities in KASE's official list is made by means of calculating the simple majority from the total number of votes of members of the Exchange council. Set of lesser number of votes means the denial in listing of particular securities. For including bonds of Leasing Group JSC in KASE's official "A" listing category voted 5 members of the Exchange council, against - 3, abstained - 6. Issue of the specified bonds is the first in the frames of first bonds' program of the company. Issue of named bonds was registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and financial organizations on August 12, 2007 and inserted in the State register of securities under C65-1 number.
