/KASE, August 22, 07/ - National company Food contract corporation JSC (Astana, further - the company), bonds of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) category "A" official list had notified KASE by the official letter that by the Board of National holding KazAgro JSC was accepted the decision to increase authorized capital of company by issue of shares. According to the message documents for registration of shares issue were submitted to Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan for regulating and supervision over financial market and organizations.
