V. (IMR B. V.) and Chinese metallurgy company Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group Co., Ltd (JISCO). According to frames agreement signed between JISCO and IMR B. V., 51% of Joint Venture will belong to company JISCO and 49% - to IMR B. V.
