requirements, has presented Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) the
financial statements for year 2006 (similar indicator for year 2005 is given in
parentheses).
According to the presented data, for the indicated period the company's net
income totaled KZT918.2 m. (KZT358.3 m.)
According to data of KRTH ZANGAR JSC, income from sales of products
(works, goods and services) for 2006 totaled KZT1,554.2 m. (KZT1,539.4
m.) at its prime costs in size of KZT122.3 m. (KZT263.2 m.)
Assets of KRTH ZANGAR JSC as of January 1, 2007 totaled KZT9,395.5

Authorized capital has not changed since the beginning of the year and at
the beginning of year 2007 is estimated by the company at KZT233.9 m.
