Credit LLP (Shymkent) has furnished Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE)
with its audited financial statements for year 2006 within listing
requirements. Audit of financial statement of the company was conducted by
AZAMATAUDIT LLP (Shymkent) in accordance with international standards
of audit. Similar indicator for year 2005 is given in parenthesis.
According to the audited data net income of the company for the specified
period totaled KZT70.1 m., in comparison to income in size of KZT22.3 m.,
received by results of year 2005.
By audited data percentage incomes of company for year 2006 totaled
KZT178.3 m. (KZT108.3 m.), at that net percentage incomes are equal to
KZT140.3 m. (KZT102.2 m.).
Assets of the company as of December 31, 2006 totaled KZT1,937.2 m.
(KZT781.6 m.).
Equity capital of the company as of end of year 2006 reached KZT989.1 m.
(KZT389.5 m.). Authorized capital for year increased by KZT350.0 m. an is
estimated at KZT500.0 m.
