Kazakhmys PLC accepted the decision about using of its right for
redeeming of the rest 3.66% o shares of Eurasia Gold Inc.
After closing by London stock exchange on Friday July 6, 2007 the company
Kazakhmys PLC (further - Kazakhmys) (symbol of London stock exchange - KAZ)
had announced on Toronto stock exchange that daughter, fully belonging
to Kazakhmys company Kazakmys Gold Inc. had directed the notification about
intention to use its right for forced redeeming of shares to all rest holders
of common shares of Eurasia Gold Inc. (further - Eurasia).
As of July 4, 2007 - date of expiration of suggestion of Kazakhmys Gold Inc.
about purchasing of all issued and circulating common shares of Eurasia
(Suggestion), to Kazakhstan gold Inc. are belonging about 96.34% issue and
being in circulation common shares of Eurasia.
So, because the Suggestion was accepted by holders of more than 90%
shares of Eurasia, Kazakhmys Gold Inc. uses its right, in accordance with
regulation about forced redeeming, set by Deed about Trade-Industrial
Corporations (British Columbia, Canada), for purchasing of all circulating
shares of Eurasia, which yet are not belonging to Kazakhmys Gold Inc., at
the same price of 0.85 Canadian cents per each share of Kazakhmys Gold
